Cage Card Holders. Sturdy, water resistant, and pre-printed. These 3x5 cage cards are custom designed and built to stand up to the nasty stuff in kennels much better than plain paper cards. They’re made of a plastic-like material and covered with a silicon coating for better writing surface and they’re printed with form fields suggested by veterinarians (or you can use the unprinted backside).
